New Equipment:

We accept returns on new, unopened equipment within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. A restocking
fee may apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping of any returned
products.

 

Used Equipment:

Used or demo equipment sales are final. Please contact us if you believe
your equipment was received damaged or defective.

You can send your equipment to any of our Topcon Solutions service centers for professional calibration. Visit our Locations page or contact us at (888) 611-1290 to get started.

Yes, most new equipment includes a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the product. All Topcon products come with a 5-year warranty.

*Used equipment does not come with a warranty. It is sold “as is” and all sales are final.

If you're tax exempt, you can submit your tax exemption certificate before placing your order. Please email your documentation to estore@topconsolutions.com with your contact details and company name. Once verified, your account will be updated and future orders will reflect your tax-exempt status.

Our retail and service centers are open Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM local time to serve your needs. We’re closed on weekends and major holidays, but outside these times you can still place orders online or leave us a message. For urgent questions, feel free to give us a call during business hours.
